Bright with persistent bubbles, the wine has a fruity aroma of citrus, green apple and acacia blossoms. On the palate, the elegant, brut-style wine has a pleasant acidity and freshness and a soft, round mouthfeel.

Borghi ad Est. Pinot Grigio

- 2018/Italy

Produced entirely from Pinot Grigio. It was also called Rülander and Pineau Gris when it was introduced in the second half of the 1800’s in the Gorizia area. This variety immediately adapted well to the soil, in particular the hilly slopes. It distinguishes itself from other white grapes for its copper hues. To this day, it is the most harvested prime quality grape in the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

This chardonnay boasts ripe pear and apple notes. Citrus blossom and bergamot stand out on the palate followed by a juicy lift from moderate acidity.

Fermented our Hess Select Rosé in stainless steel, without oak influence, in order to accentuate the wine’s naturally crisp and expressive flavors. Bright and bursting with notes of red berries and stone fruit, this wine delivers a perfect element of acidity on its elegant finish. Balanced on the palate and easy to enjoy,

Echo Bay Sauvignon Blanc

- 2018/New Zealand

The bright, pure flavors of our Sauvignon Blanc echo the spectacular beauty of New Zealand’s South Island. A beautiful light straw color with a tint of green. Zesty citrus and floral aromas lead to balanced flavors of passion fruit, melon, fig and gooseberry, followed by a clean, refreshing finish. The beautiful 2019 A to Z Oregon Riesling offers compelling aromatics and bright acidity with a perfect touch of discreet sweetness. The vibrant nose and palate meld beautifully to entice with an array of aromas and flavors reminiscent of lemon and apple blossoms, honeysuckle, rosehip tea, lychee, honeydew, ginger, lime, mandarin orange, marmalade, apricot, pear, yellow plum and peach. 88 Points

Domaine Pichot Le Peu de la Moriette Vouvray

- 2019/France

Emily's favorite wine.  Pale straw with silver and gold reflections throughout. On the nose, poached quince, sliced Golden Delicious apple, and Bosc pear are complemented by jasmine, wet river rocks, and chalky white soil. The sleek mouthfeel is clean, with a kiss of stone-fruit sweetness, juicy yellow plum, and nectarine. The mineral tones persist all the way through the finish, leaving your palate feeling refreshed. So much enjoyment in the glass.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Dry Riesling

The Chateau Ste. Michelle Dry Riesling is a dry, refreshing style of Riesling with beautiful fruit flavors, crisp acidity and an elegant finish. It offers inviting sweet citrus aromas and flavors. 88 Points $7/Glass, $21/Bottle

Terra d’Oro Amador County Zinfandel

- 2018/California

Enticing aromas of clove, cinnamon, anise and dark fruits are accompanied by hints of pastry, dried oregano, thyme and fresh dough notes that round out the intense aromatics. This wine boasts an elegant entry with a generous, juicy midpalate and a long finish. Bold and intriguing, the 2018 Terra d’Oro Amador County Zinfandel is truly a taste of its region.

Yulupa Cabernet Sauvignon

- 2016/California

Soft and generous, with aromas of black fruit and chocolate. Flavors of blackberry, cola, cassis, clove, and cinnamon. Medium- bodied, with soft, rich tannins; long, soft, and full finish. Serve with roasted or grilled lamb or beef, hearty pasta, and aged cheese.

Liberty School Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

- 2018/Paso Robles

Known for its dependability as a varietally correct wine, our Liberty School Reserve elevates the standard of Paso Robles Cabernet. The wine possesses a saturated garnet color that reflex the richness of the wine overall. On the nose, fresh vanilla bean, black currants and a dash of smoke welcome you before each sip. Flavors of dark fruit, ripe cherry are subtly met by herbaceous notes and white pepper. Beautiful layered tannins add weight and finesse to the finish.  90 Points

Julia James Pinot Noir stands apart in balance, structure, and elegance. Fresh, lively, and easy to enjoy with delightful aromas of raspberry, flora, and baking spices. Medium-bodied with bright acidity that showcases notes of cherry, vanilla, and well-integrated oak. The lingering finish incorporates harmonious berry and earth flavors.  $8/Glass, $24/Bottle

Golden West Pinot Noir

- 2019/Washington State

Complex layers of aroma and flavor. Black raspberry, forest floor, allspice and velvet theater drapes from the nose. Wild mushroom, limestone, suede and earth engulfs the palate that is full, elegant and precise as a rare Swiss timepiece. This is a toned and phenolic pinot with dried strawberry, chocolate and tile character. Earthy. Fullbodied, yet bright and vivid. Punchy and refined at the same time. Plenty going on at the finish. Sea Sun By Caymus Family Pinot Noir

- 2019/Washington State

A deep, alluring red, this wine is strikingly soft on both the nose and palate. A rich fruit character wafts from the glass, featuring scents of baked cherries and pie crust. Additional layers come from notes of brown spice and the warm vanilla that signals perfectly integrated, lightly pressed wood. Entry on the palate is bright and fruit-driven, with lush cherry flavors that mimic the nose. Texture is plush and silky smooth, leading into a finish that evokes the taste and feel of milk chocolate.

High Heaven Roaming Elk Red Blend

A blend of Syrah and Merlot from McNary Vineyard is combined with additional Syrah from Zillah Ranch in Rattlesnake Hills AVA. Complex balance between breathy herbs and refined fruits. Lavender, violets, raspberry and cranberry aromas are balanced with spice, smoke and cedar.

A rich and fragrant wine with a deep purple hue, Grand Reserve Limited Production Malbec envelops the senses with an exquisite bouquet of sweet and spicy plum, blossoms in the glass to reveal notes of tea leaves and cassis, lingers on the palate with a moderate tannin pull, and finishes with understated-yet-resonant oak. In the top 1% of wines.
